My Mom's Green Juice

My Mom being a believer of the natural whole wellness benefits from your fruit and vegetables is the creator of this natural blend of whole foods. This green juice has spinach, kale, celery and ginger and when eaten raw have high levels of vitamin C, vitamin A, Calcium, vitamin K and magnesium. Choline and niacin (vitamin B3) are found in many green foods and whole grains that aid in digestion, keep you energized and help keep healthy skin

2 - 4 cups kale

2 large green apples

(1 - 2 cups baby spinach) optional

1 - 2 cups cucumber

1 - 2 stalks of celery

Juice from a whole (1) lemon, squeezed

1 (or more) finger of ginger (or less for spiciness)

16oz (or more) of filtered water 

(1 tbs of natural sweetener) optional 

Add to blender (or juicer) 

Strain chill then serve 

 

Makes about 2 large servings
